George Lucas famously said the key to a blockbuster movie is a Hot Opening, a great close, and don’t f**k up the middle. It’s true in a presentation as well. It’s no longer acceptable to start with the standard several slides all about your company. First, despite your thinking to the contrary, your prospect doesn’t care!
