Small changes can equal big results. The idea that people have to make big sweeping changes to get different results is outdated, and frankly, false. Instead of focusing on 10 things, or if you are a business leader, instead of giving your team a laundry list of things to change, focus on the two or three things that will have a big impact. It could be a customer-focused conversation style, or not starting every meeting with a set of slides that are all about you and your company, or keying in on those couple of key capabilities that truly differentiate you from your competition.
